They have the best cream cheese wontons of any other place ive ever been. It's always been excellent food and service. If someone had something negative to say, I would imagine it was just to try to hurt the business. They've always had fair prices. We are lucky to have them in such a small town!

I've been eating here for 18 years now and have never had anything but delicious food and great service. The only thing I don't like about this place, and I don't know if it's still like this, but the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever...more specifically, the door was filthy. Other than that, great food and friendly people.

The last time we had dinner here it was a little over $60 . My chicken was raw . Will not be getting food from there again

Jumbo House Chinese Restaurant located beside of Whitesburg Wal-Mart is a great place to eat all types of Chinese foods!! I have eaten there for a few years now and never gotten bad food or bad service! You can dine-in or carry-out, whichever you prefer because they offer both. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other Chinese restaurants I've eaten at. Letcher county residents used to have to travel to either Hazard KY, Pikeville KY, or Norton VA to get Chinese food, which is inconvenient for people such as myself that is in a wheel chair and unable to drive, so I am very thankful for them putting this restaurant in my area!! I highly recommend Jumbo House Restaurant to anyone that likes Chinese food!!
