Just say no!
We ordered from Bucks at 11;30am and finally got PART of the order at 12;25pm. The driver offered to drive back to Buck's, get the forgotten items, and return with them. Since it took 55 minutes to get the half we did get, and would be staring at pizza getting cold while waiting who knows how long for her to return, we declined the order. The driver left mad, and didn't say I'm sorry this happened, good bye, nothing.
I called Buck's to complain about what happened. The guy who originally took my order is who I spoke to. He apologized, and took complete responsibility for it.
So, I left to pick up pizza elsewhere, (which took 10 minutes round trip), and brought it back to eat. About that time, my receptionist tells me the Buck's Delivery Driver is on the phone and would like to speak to me. Since I wanted to have a hot meal, I told my receptionist to take a message, and I would return her call after eating. The driver told my receptionist there was no need for me to return her call, that she was in fact the owner of Buck's, that she didn't appreciate me calling and "harassing" her employees, and I was "blacklisted" and to never call again.
Not that I would ever order there again anyway, I contacted the National Headquarters for Buck's Pizza. I explained the entire event to them. They asked me to refrain from leaving a poor review for Buck's until they could contact the owners and get back to me. To date, I still have yet to hear from Buck's regarding this matter.
