My Family and I had an occasion to visit on Today Sunday March 11,2023. It was My Granddaughter’s 13th Birthday! We were excited to celebrate with Her! We arrived @ the restaurant around 5pm. The Hostesses ,whose name I regretfully didn’t get had such a NASTY attitude! We asked about our table and she said something about making reservations 24 hours ahead.okay Long story short this girl had a horrible attitude for no reason!!! Enough about her!!!she doesn’t like herself!!! I must now move on to bigger and better things!!! BROOKE,BROOKE BROOKE!!! Our Server! Baby she was the sweetest most accommodating pleasant young lady she made certain we were well taken care of. She was on it! Thank you Brooke well done!

Hello , I gone to Copeland’s in Slidell for my birthday. I was greeted then they attempted to seat me at a dirty table. The waitress that was assigned to me noticed the table That I was sitting on was extremely dirty , and also the one across,
She gone to the front and reported the incident to the hostess in the front, not realizing I was in there present .
She stated is it really dirty or what with an attitude. I stated yes it was extremely dirty .
I started to walk out.
But instead I gone to the bar and sit there .
I meet the most polite person name Brooke .
She changed my entire attitude. I stayed and she showed me she’s a seasoned vet. In this business. It was all about making my birthday perfect.
My drink was awesome and guess what it only takes one bad apple to spoil a a perfect birthday.
But Brooke rocked .
