We got spring rolls and we’ve had better ones from the frozen food section at Hannaford’s. They were awful. Two bites and threw them away. Their take out menus are printed on a home computer. I find it hard to believe they’ll be in business very long.

Food was just okay. Really not that good. I think what put a bad taste in my mouth was the price as well. Very expensive for Chinese food partially food that tasted like this.

My family and I had our first dining experience at Fresh Ginger this evening. The food was really good, the service was not great. Everything took longer than most restaurants due to the fact that there appeared to be only one waitress on staff for Mother's Day. Perhaps there is always only one waitress. If so I would expect less than good service. My daughter ordered lo-mein with her meal and was given fried rice. We did not complain. The waitress forgot our egg rolls. We did not complain. We waited ten minutes to be acknowledged long enough to ask for our check. Then another ten minutes before we received it. By the time we finally got our boxes and check we were noticeably annoyed. It took another few minutes to get our change. Overall food was greathe, service was not (although she did the best she could). I recommend ordering it for take-out only.

Would like to give one more star. However, recently there seems to be some changes. We are regular customers, eating at FG once or twice a month. The food is always hot, and usually very tasty eat in or take out. Recently, the last few months, one of our favorites, and a popular menu item, Pad Thai with chicken ( a normally sweet thia spice and peanuty noodle dish), has undergone a change, again. A few years ago it changed to overly spicy ( hot spice) so we began to order it "lightly spiced". Now it seems that when we order it "lightly spiced" it is served with no seasoning at all, no flavor, zip nothing but noodles, veggie, and chicken not even a touch of sweet thia spice or peanut. Sad to say we probably won't be in again for a while, and won't be ordering Pad Thai.

They did not put my order in at the time I requested which caused the chicken to be eveb dryer than it was supposed to be-- and I they forgot my plates/chopsticks. If I could rate it a zero I would.

Food was cold and dishes all taste the same. When the waitress was told the food was cold she didn't care. Sorry but I won't be eating there anymore.
