OUTSTANDING PIZZA, Subs are good, Cheesesteak a little dry. But overall EXCELLENT

We used a "Welcome to the Neighborhood" gift certificate to order a large pizza. When I called in the order the employee did not ask for my name or offer to say when it would be ready for pick up. My husband went to pick it up a 1/2 hr later & they could not find the order. They had a matching order but said it came with salad, so it wasn't our order. He waited 15 min's for them to find the order and they didn't, nor did they offer to re-make the order. He left empty handed and ticked off. I called Cugini's & explained my husband was there & no pizza given to him. So I went back & they gave me the pizza & cheesy bread that was sitting there cold, although on the phone they said it was still hot. They charged me for the cheesy bread and I left. Any decent restaurant would've comp'd the order in total and the manager would've apologized, especially to a new neighbor. The pizza was horrible, very little cheese and as I said, all cold. Cugini's never again - Disorganized, dirty chaos!
