Okay I've been going here since I was 12, the guy who answers the phone who everyone says is a prick is actually a really good guy. He's a simple person, very black and white and thinking. He is very accommodating to his regulars. Whenever my mother orders he recognizes who it is right away, knows exactly how we like it cooked, and how much sauce we like with our order. Plus the food is great for the area it's in. Give it another try I'd you didn't like it and you won't be disappointed.

I’m a big fan of Jades. Always either really good or great food every time. I always try different dishes that I never had before, and I always like them. For the price and quality of Jades, you can’t go wrong. 👍

Curry beef and curry chicken are good. Really, anything with curry. That use just the right amount.

Love the fried wing and fingers, but the chow mein is always different ..Too watery or too thick of a sauce....makes me not want to go there again....

Great food !!!! I love the chicken pad tai. It's so good if you add the sweet sauce to it :) never had a rude person ever though so either it's not true or I'm just lucky

The reason i give this place 3 stars is because the guy the answers the phone is so rude and sounds absolutely miserable. Buddy, if it sucks that bad just quit, i don't want to have to call and hear your life story just through the tone of your voice.

Great great food and amazing customer service....I got delivery and forgot to order my wife's food(big mistake) I called them back and they had no problem sending me more food and they waived the delivery charge....from now on I'm only ordering Chinese from them :)

Jade 2 is the BEST place around!!!!! The food is so good and it is the only place we go!!!!!!!

Foods pretty good! Unfortunately the guy that answers the phone is a rude prick. I truly value customer service and there is way to much good Chinese food around to senselessly be rude. Ill be going somewhere else in the future, a place where people are nice. I recommend you do the same. Remember Rude Jade guy, mean people suck and how you act in life is what your life becomes.
