How can you give a 2 star rating or a review of a restaurant that made you great food?

Please do not try to condescendingly state that your answer to my question was in the context of your original post...

In other words you must have a very dramatic/ different viewpoint of why people dine at, or get delivery at restaurants in the first place. When considering ur negative opinion of how quickly the owner hung up or how the phone conversation went while placing your order is enough to warrant not just a 1 star reduction but a whole 3 star reduction (from what should be a 5 star review ...as that's what most people give when they are satisfied with how good the food is to the point they think it's great).

The bottom line is I'm being dramatic myself to take time out of my day to address this LOL however Captain Nemo's is one of my favorite pizza joints in the entire city and easily in my top three all-time for Greek Pizza.
So when you are giving a two-star review which is a horrible review people are going to make assumptuons the food was bad if they don't read the context, number 1 and number 2 this is easily going to affect their overall average rating.

It's pretty common as a rule of thumb that any two or three star rating clearly is an indication that there was something wrong with the food itself so much that you would not go back there nor recommend them at all to other folks.
If the food is great, it is standard to give a full five stars and if there is a small problem like the person on the phone hanging up too early then maybe take off one star and give them a four out of five.

But I'm going to leave it at this...do you ever think that the two woman who own Cpt.Nemo work very hard cooking amazing pizzas and come straight from Greece and may have difficulty speaking English?

I personally like the overall ballbusting attitude that they give over the phone as it goes along great with Incredible Greek Pizza that is delivered. With that said, thank you very much and hopefully no hard feelings so God bless and have a good evening.

Their food is great but they have to improve on taking orders from customers through phone. Because the workers donโ€™t let the customer finish ordering or they just hang up the phone before finishing the order! Also the worker hangs up the phone again when recalling them! This Restaurant needs improvement or new employees!
