Arizona's used to be one of my favorite restaurants when it opened in the early 2000's. I have eaten there 30 + times. I moved from the area and just visited again after 10+ years. I should have turned around as soon as I walked into the door. From the décor to the food, it was absolutely horrible. The carpets looked stained and dirty. All of the chairs, tables, booths, etc were torn, scratched up and old. If this is supposed to be upscale, I think Waffle House should win a prize. Once we arrived, we were seated right away, it was not that busy. It took 10+ min to get a drink order and ended up ordering our food at the same time. The drinks were flat. When we finally got our food, we received items we did not order instead of what we did. One plate was cold. I'm talking just out of the fridge cold - a pasta dish that was almost $20 and was basically only pasta - and again, COLD. We had to ask for drink refills. I suggest a major clean up, updating and teaching the service employees how to service and the cooks on how to cook. It was not a good experience and I can say we will NEVER go again.

oyster. At the end of eating this dish we had a side plate full of spinach and cheese. One of the oysters were black and not eatable. We informed two managers one said I'm sorry. The second one made excuses for serving us 1 piece fish. I order mac and cheese and never received it. I have been coming to this place on and off for years. I never seen such poor quality of food. When customers pay over $200 for anything they are paying for an experience, not just to eat food. They only thing the one manager kept saying was, "I hope you come back". My daughter's boyfriend said no I will never be back. As a customer who has visited this place several times in the past I was very disappointed and embarrassed to bring a family member for the 1st time. I picked up the tab because I couldn't see him paying over $200 for a bad experience. I will never be back, and the sad part is your restaurant doesn't care as long as you're hitting your bottom line and that is making money
