My wife and I eat here fairly regularly. The food is good, servings are plentiful, employees are friendly and very helpful, ( my wife is handicapped and the employees always carry her food to the table for her without being asked.). Food prices are very reasonable especially with the size of the servings. Occasionally they will run out of an item on the buffet when they have a large crowd at lunch time. When this happens they will tell you about how long it will be until a fresh batch is ready(usually 3 to 5 minutes) and they will bring it to your table when it is ready.

I arrived at the drive through to order at 11:01, no one in front of behind me. I sat there waiting to hear, "may I take your order" for 9 more minutes. Finally, when the staff member asked for my order, I was told there's an hour and a half wait on everything I asked for. I finally said to hell with it and drove off. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me there and now it's the last. The food and service have also gotten worse and worse with each visit. Not sure why I keep thinking the food is gonna get better if I keep going back. It used to be really good, but new management came in and completely ruined its reputation. Do yourselves a favor and go to Grant's Kitchen instead. They do weird stuff like have their food ready for customers when it's lunchtime. I'm sure Fresh Market will shutdown before too long. There's no way it will be able to keep its doors open with such piss poor service.
