I have been there several times with never an issue. Yesterday I went to pay which seemed like I was bothering the cashier. She told me my total, took my cash, gave me my change without saying one word to me. I just ordered a small chocolate cone - nothing special! I waited and watched several other workers make shakes and drinks. I thought why is no one getting my cone. After several minutes I was told it would be a while as they did not have the chocolate ready that it would take several minutes. I asked if I could please have my money back as I needed to get to an appointment. The cashier was very rude and again said nothing just basically threw my money at me. There are plenty of Dairy Queens out there and I will just go to another down the road. Why can't people just be nice to one another. Where has the courtesy gone?
