The food is always good and for a pretty decent price. There's only one older white waitress who acts like a complete witch everytime i'm in there. She always treats us like we're a bother or something. BUT THE FOOD IS STILL GREAT!! And everyone else is wonderful with service.

the food there is great. I have never been treated badly. Sometimes I don't leave tip if I don't have any change, the servers are still nice to me. So I don't have any problem with the service. I have been eaten there for past 5 years, staffs change often but still offer good service.

idk why you ppl were yelled at for not leaving tips. I've never had a problem with that. The only issue I have is the wait staff never comes to your table to ask if you need anything else to drink. And I also have never gotten any bugs in my food or seen any mice. Maybe you are paranoid or something. King Chef's food is pretty good for the most part. Sometimes food items do sit there for too long. But other than that..it's not too bad.

I loving eating chinese food here. It's always fresh and great. The dinner is a bit expensive when you have buffet on friday & satursday because crab leg and other seafood. Serving is great! The waiters are friendly, and always smile.

The service is terrible!!! If you do not tip they will walk out to you vehicle to ask you where their tip is!!! The food is normally pretty good but there are days when the food sits on the buffet way too long before they switch it out for a new batch... There have been several different occassions when I ate there with friends and we would find different bugs in our crab rangoon or see mice sneak through the kitchen door!! If you ever say anything about finding a roach in your food the waitresses blame you for putting it in your food!!!!!

Kings Chef has great service and great food!
They carry all the tradional Chinese foods plus they have some of the best shrimp scampi, coconut shrimp and fried shrimp in town!

On Saturday nights they include all you can eat crab legs .. They are delicious and the price is right!

I recommend KIngs Chef :)

The food is nothing special, the atmosphere is cheap, and the staff are very rude, make sure you leave a big tip for the buffet, or you will get screamed at in Chinese.

this restaurant has opened in sedalia since 1993. the food is still good. my family and friends went there all the time and always have great time. good food!
