Places like The Wine Rack are never going to get good reviews from people who have never left this town, let alone state. Wine Rack has a great menu selection with lower prices than most competing restaurants. Mind you, it's quality over quantity. If you're looking for a cheap beer, and food, I do believe there's a Burger King and liquor store right across the way.

I think its a nice addition to poplar bluff, they have nice people and good food, but oh my gosh the prices are ridiculous. which in turn ruins the experience. you can buy a hundred dollar bottle of wine and still charge you 10dollars to drink it there. 10 bucks for regular Heineken, not including tip. I had a friend that order a beer, the bar tender waited till she took a drink before she warned her it was a $16 beer. At happy hr everything is half off wich lowers it down to regular everyday prices. Honestly don't know how they are still open with their prices so high. I don't pay that much for food and drinks at a ball game or even a concert. Other then that its a nice place. But pull it together wine rack, this is poplar bluff, they don't even have your kind of prices in NYC
