Owner is pleasant, her helpers are not. Ordered a meatball sandwich and lasagna. Bread and gravy are very good. Meatballs are too dense, good ingredients but not tender.
Lasagna portion extremely small for price. Not acceptable having grown up in an Italian home where the portion size was monstrous!
Some advice to the owner. Use chicken stock and ricotta cheese in your meatball recipe, meatballs will melt in your mouth.

Ordered an eggplant parm sandwich on my first visit to Mirabella's. I had heard all good things about this place and was anxious to try it out. I had to wait quite awhile; the sandwich took forever to make and I was hopeful that the wait would be worth it. The first bite told the rest of the story...it didn't taste like eggplant and the sandwich was dripping in oil. Most of the 'eggplant' slices were rubbery and inedible. Whoever did the cooking must have left the very thin, over-cooked eggplant slices soaking in oil. There was no way anyone could have consumed that sandwich...terrible! No one was at the counter to talk to...did they leave the premises? I threw the sandwich in the trash and left, and will tell everyone about my experience at Mirabella's.
