Stopped in last night for supper. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! Ordered a philly steak sandwich. First of all, it was served on a hot dog bun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What happened to the hoagie bun????????????? Couldn't hardly find the peppers or onions on the very skimpy helping of meat. Bill was over 20 dollars. Wasn't worth half that! Will share our experience with others.

Place was the worst had to wait to get a menu (while the other server sat at table and did nothing like it was not her job) and when I did the server ask for my drink brought it to me then waited another 10 min for her to come ask for my order on top of that she reeked of marijuana. So I finaly get my order in (chicken fried steak) get up to go to the bathroom and walk pass a door way where I overhear employees talking about smoking in the freezer I carried on with my business went to bathroom Shorty my food comes out it was very good but my service continued to stink my drink was not refilled I had to get up go to the table to ask for my check (and this sever heavy set black brown hair) seriously ask me if I wanted my Balance for the total like I was going to tip her for the worst service I have ever experienced now I know I'm old but I know what marijuana smells like and if i would have tipped her she would have just bought more if I was going go tip anyone out of the 12 something I spent it would be the cook because the rest were worthless I will never be going back.

Have never been to Club 81. Although, someone fraudently used my credit/debit card in the middle of October. It is being investigated and I hope the criminal gets caught.

To the the response dated 4-13-2013 I'm so sorry for your inconvenience,and you are right the One adult waitress I had working for that night decided to leave early without letting me know. The younger staff I had working that night decided they would try and handle it without calling me,wrong choice on their part but they tried hard and I commend them for that. They know better and I have changed my schedule so that will not happen again. The adult waitress who left early no longer works for us because of that night! Mistakes will be made especially under brand new management of only 3 months that is either short staffed, or under trained at times, all things as the new manager Myself and my staff are working diligently to change and or improve. I have a new motto satisfaction guaranteed and as it sounds I have some very unhappy customers, I can't and will not stand for that if I can at all help it and would do anything to change your minds! As I stated early mistakes will be made but it's how you attempt or achieve in making them right that should be remembered! So with that I'm sorry and very ashamed of what happened, please email or call me you have a dinner on us or atleast let me mail you a refund. We general stop at your place of business for the good food and convenience of being right off the hi way. Today when we stopped, I was not sure whether the place was turned over to the local elementary class as this was the feeling of the every customer in your establishment. Being understaffed is one thing but to staff a whole crew with little or no experience is neither fair to your customers or to the people you employ. To wait ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN minutes for two hamburgers was a little over the top, next time we will be eating in Norfolk before we hit the road.

the ribs were to salty and i love salt BUT THE HEART DOCTOR SAYS NO SALT THE TALL BLOND TOOK THE ORDER AND NEVER CAME BACK NOT EVEN TO CLEAR THE PLATTES BUT THE OTHER SHORTER BLOND CAME BACK TO CHECK ON US AND CLEAR THE PLATTES THE OTHER ONE WAS TO BUSY RUNNING AROUND TELLING NASTY JOKES BUT THE OTHER WAITTESS AND THE HOSTESS DID HER JOB AND A LOT MORE to and the tall blonde took the order and never ucame back to see if all was ok or to clear the plate the other waittress was doing it all or the hostess the food was GOOD AND other waittress the other blond not so tall was so pleasent to talk to and maded the salty ribs good she is a keeper

One of my favorite places to eat. This restaurant offers a daily buffet menu that fills up my plate with everything from yummy salads, vegetables and tasty meat dishes that I always fill my plate full and I never leave hungry. During the colder weather I've sampled a few of their soups which makes me think of good ole fashioned home cooked. Klub 81 Restaurant may not have a lot of fancy and colorful objects on the walls but it has the best sausage and gravy over biscuits topped with 2 sunny side up eggs I've ever tasted. If you get a chance try their boasted chicken, tender and deliciously moist.

Good family atmosphere. Try the raisin meringue pie, it is great! Breakfast served at all times except after 11 am on Sunday. You can find a table for 2 or 20. The additional big room allows for meetings and baby showers. Portions of food are always bigger than I think I am going to get! Friendly waitresses also.
