My son and I absolutely LOVE The Leavenworth Cafe. We get together at least once a month and this is where we eat. We always order the exact same meal for each of us, each time we're there. I've heard rumors The Leavenworth Cafe is CLOSED. I hope and pray this isn't true. I understand there have been "riots" in the area and have involved the Cafe. PEOPLE, this is a business that knows how to serve a GREAT MEAL for a reasonable cost, their waitresses are quick and to the point. Many, many people, young and old, black and white, other nationalities, have walked through their doors. I don't know why or how "unruly" people can dictate this business's opening or closing, but IT'S WRONG. The FEW who are taking their issues too far, are ruining a good thing for the MAJORITY. It's very simple here in America, "if you don't like eating here, if you don't like the staff, if you don't like the hours, if you don't like the menu as stated, THEN, YOU DECIDE NOT TO EAT HERE and leave the rest of the customers alone to eat in peace at the Leavenworth Cafe. To the Leavenworth Cafe: Don't change anything about your business, not even the name of any of your dishes. One person in a crowd does not over-rule an empire. Keep everything about your business as it is and those who don't like it can find another place to eat where the menu items have the "names" they prefer. A name is a name is a name and nothing more. A name does not make you or break you, it's JUST a name. The 11-Worth Cafe is a one-of-a-kind eating establishment and you can come and eat or you can go somewhere else and eat, that's up to each individual. Leave politics outside the doors, not inside.

Myself and family have been dedicated customers of this place for along time. Frequenting it at least two or three times weekly. Lately the food hasn't been upto par as much can be said about the service. We waited almost forty minutes for our food and it wasn't as busy as it usually is. After getting our order it was not right. It took twenty five or so minutes to get a drink refill. When my gf was eating she got to the bottom of the plate to find somebodies long hair Under all the food. It was digusted and furious. More so of the fact that not so much as a apology was given. Intact the waitress avoided us after bringing it to their attention. I would consider ourselves valuable customers but obviously the staff at the place do not feel the same for their dedicated patrons. We will not be back there again for a very long time. And I also strongly do not recommend this place to eat

I thought 11-Worth was SUPER Bomb-delicious! Had the Reuben and the roast beef sandwich with potatoes and gravy. Only SAW the burger and I assure you I'm heading back. Amazing. Cheap. They don't skimp on serving size either. Love it!
