Jade Garden is way BETTER...never again

ordered at 1145 food finally got here at 230 after i had to call 20 times. The girl on phone sounded like a 14yr old kid and every question i asked was answered with "i don't know" wtf? finally got food and suprise didn't get half the order, my chicken was replaced with a small box of rice!?!

I probably wouldn't think this was such a terrible place if I ever got to taste the food, but after trying to order food from them on two separate occasions, and not being able to place an order, I finally give up.. The service is horrible! the first time, after placing an order, I was called one hour later and told that they had decided not to deliver anything else and sent their delivery driver home early. So they canceled my order. The second time, I tried to place an order, and after asking a question, the gentleman hung up after saying "OK! Goodbye Now!" The question was whether or not a pork roll was included in the combination platter.... What the heck is wrong with this place? They just can't seem to get their act together.

So I had a few friends talk me into getting some food from Happy Family. We order the food and when we receive it everyone noticed that there was pork in the fired rice. I first looked back at the menu because maybe I had ordered something wrong. Nope the menu said nothing about pork in the fried rice. I call the location and they advice that they put pork in all the fired rice unless you ask them not to do so. WOW! I think. I’ve ate at a lot of location and never had to say please no pork in the fried rice. So I call the location and they advise that they would replace the order. Well they bring me a box of fried rice. A BOX OF FRIED RICE! So I guess that I am suppose to take the sesame seed chicken I ordered off the top of the pork it is sitting on top of and feel good that I know have pork less fried rice. Do these people not understand that people have food allergies or religious beliefs? In the end the only thing that they could talk about was the loss that would take to replace anything further at this point. So you took my money and I don’t have the product that I paid for? Thanks for passing your losses over to your consumers! I guess Burger King would have been better because then I would have actually had it my way! I would not recommend this location to anyone who values their life as you may end up eating something you did not intend on buying in the first place. I never said hold the cat or dog so I guess I don’t know what is in this concoction at this point!!! Thanks for taking my money and then laughing in my face I guess. Jokes on me! Then you curse at us in Chinese! Am I being punked? I still waiting for Ashton Kusher to pop out the back seat of my car at this point……

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have searched all of Omaha since moving here and this is the only place that I found that was inexpensive, terrific and I've always had great service.
