We've been all across the United States and are on our way back to California! Texas Cowboy Barbecue is worth a stop in Abilene, Texas! I had pulled pork tacos and absolutely loved them! My husband had the three meat combo and said it was a feast....the cheddar jalapeño link was second to none and hard to top the brisket and rib! Our only regret is that we didn't order the homemade banana pudding!
