Placed an order through GrubHub Thursday evening. Delivery was scheduled for an hour and 10 minutes from order, which was after closing. I ordered a 16" pizza and paid for a 16" pizza, but received a 12" pizza, plus delivery was 20 minutes later than scheduled!! They had called to let me know they were out of baked potatoes and rice pudding. Got key lime pie and mixed veggies instead. She through in 2 cannolis for inconvenience. However, I never got the veggies. I never got calamari or the bruschetta I ordered and paid for too!!! AND, they were closed. I had a full schedule Friday and Saturday and was finally able to call Sunday. I was told I had to call right away for them to do anything and confirm the order - can't do anything now!!!! Last order from them. And I will let everyone at work (in P'ville) know and all our customers as well. Done with ignorant and rude restaurants!! They didn't even apologize!!! $27.50 +tax and tip, worth of food never received and $9 lost from large to small pizzz! Total of $36.50+tax and tip, never received!!!!

I think it's a shame that during a pandemic a restuarant that is fortunate to be open has a staff that's very unprofessional, ignorant and just rude to their customers after messing up orders several times this so called manager is making promises to fix there mistakes by offering credit to your loyal customers and then when it's time to get the credit they act like the never offered it to you then leave u on the phone waiting for an hour to talk to someone else that's not there to me that's a scam and if the owners don't correct this problem they will continue to lose loyal customers.

Ordered a pizza, 1 pizza, took an hour to get here, over 20 dollars for a sub partial pie. I probably could've just heated up some elios and it would've been better. Oh, and they charge you extra to use a credit card, never again jo jos, never again.

Service is awful to people of color. Spent $80 there and the waitress barely spoke or acknowledged our table. But when she went to other tables with Caucasians, she was extra polite and very attentive. They never have to worry about me eating there ever again. Cannot believe people still behave this way. Money is green folks.

Went to dinner with my son his wife and our 3 grand children ages 1,2,4.We waited 1 hour just to get our salads and a cold soup we tried toget children served no help there.i talked to manager and he said he would take car of us.I never seen him agaiin. this was the worst service i've ever had for a top dollar resturant.We had to take our food home to eat it by that time the children had it. and so did the adults.the resturant was empty at the time also.you would think the manager would at least check?

I was very upset with my shrimp caesar salad for 11.00 ,they only put 3 shrimp with the romaine lettuce. I told the waitress on friday night and she said she new that everyone is uoset with this. I will never eat here again if the management does not care that the customer was unhappy
