Out of this world dinner! .Had veal toscano, to die for and my husband had veal Rosini and did not come up for air. Chocolate moose cake was absolutely delicious and the best tartufo ever. Oh, the clams oreganato were delicious. And Al is the best along with his staff. We have been coming for many years and have had family parties. Thank you Al . Jim & Barbara Loizides

Will not order from any restaurant that doesn't print prices on its menu. I know Benvenuti has great food, but cost is part of the decision to order for pickup.

My favorite restaurant in NJ. Always a good meal and delightful service. My dad was an Italian chef and I miss his cooking. Benvenuti is like going home again. From comfort food like cheese raviolis with really great tomato sauce to some of the many, creative daily specials, everything is always yummy-bruschetta to dessert. And the price is right. I would eat here every night if I could! 😂

Me and my wife have been coming here for years! Al the waiter and one of the owners is such a wonderful person, pleasant and hospitable. We have had countless number of people come here with us (some more than others) because we dine with some others more often. Our very good friends have had a couple of parties here, as well me and my wife have had our wedding party here (which was very small). What can I say about the food.....Excellent!! Never had a bad meal here and anyone that has been here with us would say the same.
Price you can't beat for what you get. BYOB big + and when me and wife arrive always a big hello from our friend Al! We call this place our hidden Gem! I read a couple of the bad reviews and was left really scratching my head. Think maybe a bad night or busy night perhaps, but should give it another chance. Anyways this is me, my wife and a lot of others opinions. BON APPETIT!

After searching for days looking for a place to have a Repass and becoming very stressed it was suggested that I called you. This was a lunch party of 25plus. From the first phone call to dessert everything was excellent. Service was excellent , food was hot and served in timely order. I would highly recommend
this restaurant for a lunch or a special event. Thank You for making this a special time for our family and friends.

We just had my moms celebration Of life there on Saturday for 60 people, the food was wonderful and so was the service! Thank you so much!

Went to dinner with another couple for 7:30 on Saturday night. Arrived and took 15 minutes before anyone opened our wine. Never saw anyone again until 8:15. Big dumb waiter comes to take our orders and we ask are there any specials? He says, "I didn't tell you yet"? He tells us the specials and comes back to take our order. We ordered 3 apps and 4 entrees. No sign of food and no sign of anyone checking on us to fill our water etc .It is now 8:55 and there is no food. Unacceptable! We got up and walked past the waiter and said we can't wait anymore. He said you still haven't gotten any food??? Really??? After almost 90 minutes. This place is so small yet he we was invisible. Worst service I ever had and will never go back. Who cares if the food is good if they don't actually serve it. Sign outside says they are on vacation from 8/1-8/15. I think they started their vacation early. This place sucks. Go elsewhere like Forte in Randolph.

Fresh is how you describe the seafood served here. My wife ordered Tilapia and it was delicious
and melted in your mouth. I had Calamari Marinara over pasta. The sauce was delicious and,
again, it melted in your mouth ( I've had plenty of calamari at other restaurants that was a little too
firm, and some that was like rubber, Benvenuti's is the absolute best!) The Waitstaff is always
attentive and friendly, and it's Byob. Finish off your meal with a delicious cappuccino served in a
tall glass cup.

Our favorite restaurant by far!. We've never been disappointed with any dish we order and are impressed with the personal service of the owners. They remember our favorite dishes and will accommodate special requests. This place is a must try!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Best Italian cuisine in New Jersey! Great waitstaff, delicious food. This place is always packed- everyone knows it's absolutely wonderful!

I live in Alabama and travel in my consulting job. I had worked in the East Hanover area for several years, and I visited Benvenuti at least once per week, often 2-3 times per week. This is a very small restaurant, where the staff provides excellent service and wonderful cuisine. They take genuine pride in providing a memorable dining experience. This is # 2 on my all-time favorite restaurants list!
