I saw the new sign on the shopfront and realized that Chicken Holiday had reopened under new ownership. It was a pleasant surprise to see all the employees with uniforms indicating that they worked there, the place was spotless and newly remodeled and the chicken (and ribs) were finger licking good. And I was surprised to learn that they also do outdoor barbques during warm weather months. Good job men, keep those fryers going!!

Back for the first time in years. So happy to see the place cleaned up. The food tastes fresher and the fries were just right! Glad we can add it back to our take out list! Good Luck!!

The original guys knew what they were doing..now it's a joke. You can't fake experience.Like the scallops though.

Good food, great service. It's a shame the rest of Manalapan, NJ is a bunch of white tr@sh, scum b@g, relo's from NY that don't appreciate their local businesses. Support your community....you don't live in Staten Island or Brooklyn anymore. If it was that great...move back, please!

Great tasting chicken and mashed potatoes are awesome. The combo deals are the best value for your buck.
Call ahead for pickup and they do deliver on the weekends.
