Trust me for serious ice cream/water ice go to Scoops at the Manahawkin Flea Market. This place is ALWAYS dirty and the service is marginal in between the texting of the teenager staff. We live in the neighborhood and used to walk there, but after several disappointing trips we now drive to Scoops than walk to Ocean. Sorry but it's true!
