Piccolo Roma has been my favorite restaurant for years. The food is always delicious. My favorite is penne vodka sauce with chicken. The service is super friendly and fast. Prices are decent for really large portions of meal. It is BYOB and the liqueur store is right next door. I absolutely love this place! It is the best Italian restaurant in Hoboken!
