To start, this place has absolutely horrible service! My husband and I ate here for dinner after a long full day of shopping and the second we walked in there was an older man who appeared to be the manger or owner in which he greeted us disrespectfully — proceeding to our seats and sat down for 5-10 minutes. The same man tapped a waitress who works there and from Mexico City and said, “take their order.” The lady took her time to come over to our table and once she had taken our drink order, my husband and I waited another 20 minutes just for our drinks—
I had to stop the older guy to tell him we needed our drinks and the lady took the order 20 minutes ago & all he said was I know and gave me the evil eye & stood in my face and starred at me aggressively for 2 minutes.

My husband and I looked at each other and he asked if I wanted to leave and I said no we will just reflect with the tip. I hope the $3 stretch far!

Overall the food was great; however, the service sucks! This is not acceptable especially with NYC being a tourist city! Service like this should not be supported and I hope that you as a reader take this review in consideration before eating here.

There are many restaurants down the block who would be happy to have you and welcome you to NYC!

Please do not eat here!
