The service was great, and the food was EXCELENT! If you like a good drink, the Teakini was GREAT.

Its a shame, the food is pretty decent, but the management and service will drive this restaurant into the ground.

I was at TEAK sushi bar, last night (Monday) with couple of Friends from Florida .I chose the place because of the good food and ½ price advertised on their web for Mondays night.
At the begging the server told us the drink are 50%, and we sow the coupon on the table also. At the end BIG SURPRISE NOTHING OF THE BILL WAS 50%. The manager told us that for 6 an UP people the discount does not apply. So be careful when you go next time 6 UP SEET AT DIFFERENT TABLLES PEOPLE!!!
FALS advertising!!!

08/22/2007 - LK-Excellent, especially if you need to take someone out.
I never really enjoyed sushi until I had it here at TEAK. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is amazing (like that of a high end NYC restaurant) and the music is fun. If you need to treat an out of town guest, this is the place to bring them. Even if they dont like sushi, there are alot of other choices.
There is nothing else like it. Its the only sushi place I have been too in hoboken where you dont feel like you are in a marina. I love sushi but I dont like the lingering smell of raw fish while I am out to dinner. They should do very well.
My only complaint is the cost/bottle for parties. At $200/4 people I would probably look into the city to book.
