I ate there a few weeks ago. The cabbage was phenomenal but the squirrel hams were a bit gamy. They should soak them a bit longer. Will stick with gizzards next trip. The tapioca pudding is still second only to my sister cousin's.

We have been traveling between Texas and Florida since 1983, and ALWAYS plan our drive around a dinner stop at Cajun's! We're lucky to eat there once a year, and we always take our picture to send to family members to make them jealous!!! We are so sad that only one location remains open - we've eaten at all 3, but our favorite was the one on old 90 overlooking the gulf; the old signpost is all that remains after Katrina... The food is always plentiful and tastes great! Our most recent stop was last Sunday, Sep 13th; the fried catfish was incredible!! WE LOVE CAJUN'S - CAN'T WAIT TO EAT THERE AGAIN!! Keep up the good work!

I love, love, love Cajun's buffet style. The chicken AND fish are really good, always fresh and hot. The fried liver is great too! OMG, the sides (loaded) potato salad, cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, red beans n rice, dirty (cajun) rice, corn, cabbage, greens, sweet potatoes, peas, green beans, broccoli, butter/lima beans, etc...It's definitely worth the $$$ (less than ten dollars, which includes a drink and dessert buffet). Small sitting area, but worth the wait if you have to.
