I am absolutely appalled by their level of customer service. I have been a customer for 6 years now. One day I try to place an order for delivery, lunch special. I ask if I can pay with a card, being that it is under $10 the lady owner starts getting nasty with me over the phone.. Before I can tell her that I will pay with cash, she hangs up on me. I try calling back, she doesn't answer the phone twice and on the third time she answers just to hang up again. I usually spend a very good amount of money there since I do not cook at home. They have just lost a very good loyal customer.

Food is decent and reliable. On time for takeout. Used services many times.

I called for delivery and as I was confused by the high prices the female got offended and hung up. I found the pretty rude so I went to the store to confront her. Before I could she was first rude to a customer on the phone then to the costumer on the front of the line. I was appalled by this service. I would not recommend anyone to this Chinese restaurant unless it is under more respectable management.
