Do *NOT* order from here unless you want old, spoiled food, poor customer service, and slow delivery which meant we got cold food. They got our order wrong, missing items. Our mozzarella sticks were cold to the point the cheese wasn't stringy. The meat in our subs were room temperature. The lettuce was beyond expired, brown and soggy. I was actually concerned I was going to get sick from it. The rolls were a completely soggy mush on the top edge but the rest and the ends were stale, dry and hard. My chicken finger sub had absolutely NO flavor because ingredients were missing. They were inedible, we spent about $46 total on food to just be thrown out. Called to let them know how dissatisfied we were and what happened to make sure this doesn't happen to other customers in the future. Holly answered, put me on hold to check the lettuce, she confirmed "all the lettuce" was spoiled, brown and gross and "shouldn't have been used" and didn't know "why they used it". She read back what was written down when I placed my order, which was correct, but each sub was missing something (ex: mayo, oil, peppers, onions). I was asked if they could bring us a new order but we were so turned off from it we didn't want anything else from this place, so we asked for a partial refund. Instead I was promised a gift certificate in the mail the next business day because the manager and herself didn't want us to "leave a bad review online". We never received it. Although at this point we don't even want it because we are never going to order from here again. If you're going to offer a service, especially food, do it right, and back up your promises!! Mistakes happen but it was more then 1 thing that went wrong, it was the whole order and the experience.

The people who answer phone are complete idiots! They screw up your order & when you call them to correct it they act like it’s your fault! Do not order from this place! They are a joke! There are plenty of better pizza places besides this that first of all get your order correct & second of all would not stand for the incompetence of people that answer the phone & take your order! When Sammy was alive he would have never accepted the incompetence & complete bs this joke of a so called restaurant this place is offering! What a shame! Save your money & go to goodfellas, or mister b’s any place besides Sammy’s

Great food and good people.The absolute best there is! Don't be fooled by copycats. 50 years in business says it all.Pizza wings subs salads,pasta we've had it all hundreds of times. They won't disappoint.

this pizza sucks not to mention they will screw up your order and then refuse to give you back your money. Their manager should be fired, he is ignorant and to blame for my order being wrong seeing that he took my order. I call to tell him my food was not the way i ordered it and he had the nerve to tell me he cant help me. He should take notes from the delivery driver who was very nice and offered to give me money out his own pocket for his managers screw up.
