We loved this place when it opened.The food was so fresh,the place was always clean and it was the only place with a sushi bar.True sushi is raw which they claim to serve at dinner only which starts at 4 but the raw is never out on time yet you still get charged the higher dinner price.They claim the fish has to come to room temp so put it our prior to 4 to be ready.I have sat there for 3 hours while my family eats the other items but I'm only interested in the sushi so I often leave hungry . The last time when went,every other pan on the buffet was empty,many items looked old and there was a dead fly in one.The soy sauce bottles on the tables are caked with food and grease from other peoples hands,we decided that was the last tiime.We always tipped our servers 30% min and I know there are so many that don't tip at all because it's buffet.I also see all the food wasted by ignorant people and it's a sin but that's the nature of the buffet.I tell my kids to take all you want but eat all you take.I turned in my frequent diner card and they took a child's buffet off my bill yet they only stamp it with the purchase of an adult buffet,I let it go but that kind of pettiness will only hurt your business in the end.The conditions there are ultimately going to cause the place to have to close.It's sad,we were really in love at first.
I'm sorry to have to say all this but it's true.I hope you turn it around but I don't see myself ever going back.My last four visits were awful.
