I absolutely love the General Tso Chicken here! My husband is a big fan of the Chicken with Garlic and the Chicken on a Stick. The food is delicious, but it's a bummer that no one is answering the phone when I try to place an order.

Just ordered takeout a few days ago…it was all horrible except for the pork fried rice and hot and sour soup…the sweet and sour chic came with sauce on the side..the chicken was fried and very very greasy…the spring rolls tasted like they had been fried in old oil..yuck!! I was very disappointed…it was over 15.00 and not worth it.:something has happened to their food…it use to be wonderful..customer service is awful…

Great restaurant. Not fancy but food is always great. Always clean. If you want fancy go to a fancy restaurant.

Delicious food!!! I love it, but the customer service is a little bad. You might not get an answer the first time you call, but once you do it’ll be soo worth it.

Have loved this place forever, but.....rhey’ve lost a loyal customer for good. Misunderstanding with taking my order over the phone for take out. We got our order and it was wrong. Called and the lady answering the phone immediately got an attitude, which of course, got me a little rowled and started arguing with me....the customer. She said she had repeated the order back to me, and I “attempted” to tell her that there was a lot of background noise so I could have misunderstood, but she wouldn’t let me talk. I explained to her regardless of anything, I said, “I told you exactly what I wanted in my order”. Then she commenced to say that because of my attitude, she didn’t have to talk to me, and hung up on me. I called back asking for the manager, and she said she WAS the manager. I explained she had no managerial skills, and what she should have done was to say that she was sorry we had a misunderstanding, and she’d be happy to remake my order. What would it have cost her to keep a customer......maybe a couple dollars? Where was the customer service? It’s called “cost of doing business” to keep my loyalty. Well....Beijing House, you’re a little out of my way, but here comes a loyal customer. I’m sure if you asked the manager, you’d get a completely different story, but for me to take time to type all this says a lot.
