Unfortunately, I have eaten at this place several times and will never do it again. The food is just OK, but the service I got the last time was terrible. I ordered food and had it delivered, only to find out that they delivered an appetizer instead of the meal and charged me for the combo meal. When I called the store and spoke to the person who took the order she was rude and argumentative. I explained that they over charged me and she added things up and realized that they over charged me but instead of admitting the mistake, tried adding the charges again and again. Finally, she tried using the language barrier as a way to discourage me from continuing the conversation. I called back and tried to speak to a manager only to be told that one was not on duty and that she didn't know when one would be back. I was then hung up on. I did send an email via the website which was never addressed. I live in this area and can tell you that I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. I can understand the mistake of delivering the wrong order, but I am not sympathetic to being overcharged and then being treated rudely
