I grew up on Vicks drive in. I was totally hearth broken when it closed. I hope it will open in a new establishment soon. Good ole Soul food is difficult to find these days. Vicks please come back. Just get the old team back together and let's do this! I need a chop barbecue dinner! Lol

they did everbody wrong. nobody can get unemployment , because theres no money paid in it ,but they took it out our check.

I worked at Vicks for a year , with bill , Ursula, pam,cindy and ethel. we was a hell of a mourning team.I wish them the best on the next place, take care.

I here the restaurant is looking for a new location. If anyone knows the owner please tell him the owner at the Recency Inn on 521Ramsey St. Has a full restaurant for lease. Its in a good location and has a full bar. Also not far from current location.
It would be sad to see this place to just give up. The place needs some work but it be worth it. Most equipment is there and more in storage.
The owner might even work with you. Just give it a look see.

I grew up on Vick's footlong Hotdogs and I'm going to miss it when they close next month,But I hope they find a building where they can turn it into Buffet.

I visited Fayetteville a few weeks ago after ending a successful military career back in 95. Once I went to Vicks, it was just as good as when I came back from the Gulf many years ago. Too bad they dont have food like that in this area cause if they did, I would be wider than your average house.

Went to Vicks on a first date back in 1999. 14 Years and 3 kids later, the woman I went on a first date with are still together and doing well. It all started at VICS!!

Small unclassy restaurant with the best food ever. Just wish they would have a sitting area and update the look of the restaurant.

I DRIVE AN HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES FOR A VICK'S CHICKEN SANDWICH. THAT'S JUST HOW GOOD IT IS.

Great southern/comfort food at a good price. If you grew up in the south you'll love the food. They have the best chitterlings ever. It's one of the things I most look forward to when I go back to Fayetteville.
