I am from NC originally and live in MD. EVERYTIME I am within 20 miles of Bob's BBQ I stop! If relatives are coming up to see me and have to drive past Creedmoor---they must bring Bob's. Simple is often best and this is some of the best BBQ and fried chicken ever! The desserts are great but the staple is the BBQ. Love it and the prices are great, portions good! Kudos for keeping it simply delicious---nothing fancy--that's not why you go to Bob's you go for the down home great food!

Being from North Carolina, and my dad actually knowing and being a relative of Bob Whitt, it was always a treat to go get barbecue at now Bob's Barbecue. My family still goes today, and always brings a take home order home with us. I have been going to Bob's Barbecue (Bob Whitt's Barbecue) even before age 10 and in my opinion (I do not know any other) the best North Carolina barbecue I have tasted. Barbecue, stew, hush puppies, are a 5 star rating to me

We come to Bob's every time we come down from Maryland to visit my Mom. The food is fantastic, especially the the pork BBQ, the stew, and the hush puppies. Don't leave without eating a slice of pie. The best homemade pies you will ever eat. The people are friendly. It's not known for its atmosphere, but it doesn't matter once you start eating. It's hands down the best Carolina BBQ around.

awful!! we stopped in on our way back through nc on our honeymoon and the service was dreadful! we didn't even get to eat - we left the food on the table and walked out. so not only did the little girl lose the restaurant two customers with her mouthy attitude..we didn't eat AND we're out 20 bucks.
even worse, you pay before you sit down for dine-in so we had already tipped the girl.

Third generation BBQ. Nothing like it. Began in Roxboro in the 50's I believe. Use to be Bob Whitt's BBQ when it began, I believe. Homemade pies that are absolutely unbelievable. Always get a extra dozen hushpuppies for the ride home...

Bar-b-q good most of time, not exactly what it used to taste like. New items on menu very good, deserts are outstanding. Portions are very good. Clean, staff very efficent and friendly. Eat here regularly. Will return.
