We dined there last year with friends and it was okay. Since it was close to the cabin, we tried it again this summer. What a disappointment. My daughter has gotten very fond of the "Sanitary Rating" that is listed in view of customers given by the state of N.C.. When she saw that Horacio's was an 87.5%, when the Subway and Wendy's are at around 100% That should have been our Que to leave.
Then four little knots of bread looked like dried up pizza dough. The owner/waiter was almost curt.When asked if one of us could get something instead of salad, he stated no substitutions. The table behind us requested the same thing later and he offered green beans.My teenagers began to laugh. The only other customers sent a Greek salad back four times, each time getting one more ingredient.The only other server did not speak or understand English very well, but she was at least pleasant. The topper was the fact our bread plates(when we finally got them) had food dried on them and had not been washed. Needless to say we all payed attention to the sanitary rating.

The food was not good!!! There where flies that kept buzzing in our food, along with because we are young they gave us cheep wine glasses while we asked for nicer glasses they told us they didn't have any others but the table that sat after us was given 8 nice wine glasses.. On top of that we where over charged by 20 buck and just received my bank statement and they didn't credit that amount instead they charged us again.. I will never eat there again!!!
