This is the 3rd time I have ordered food and it’s either wrong or missing. First time I ordered there they didn’t place the carrot cake in the bag, told me the would credit me (still haven’t picked up) 2nd time I listed no mayo on my steak and cheese. Put mayo up there. 3rd time I ordered a carrot cake it’s not in the bag! I’m sorry but when you live 20 min away and you tell me what well if you want it I can have it ready. No I don’t. I want it done correctly the first time and for someone to actually do there job. I will not be ordering from here again. When you spend the kind of money we spend there to feed a family of 5 I expect it to be double checked. This is ridiculous

I have been going to Big Daddys for a long time and only one time I had a very bad experience. the sad part was I had my family from out of town visiting.
The next time I came in I did speak to out waitress and she paid attention to what we had to complain about and let me tell you she went the extra mile and we explained that we wanted nothing but to correct the bad waitress.
Thank you to all staff and cooks for a wonderful job you guys do.

Pizza to greasy

Had been going a lot recently in the past few months. Even had a birthday party there for my 8 year old son. And we went there on Sunday around noon every week. Spent on average of $50 to $60 each visit. But it was worth it because the food was great. Until the last visit. We ordered lunch and that included 2 medium pizzas with pepperoni and sausage. Had almost a whole pizza left so we brought it home. Later that day when my son tried to heat up a piece, he found a razor blade underneath the cheese and pepperoni. It was backed into the pizza. My wife called to tell them about it and complain but their response was pretty much "we don't have razors in our restaurant" and said they would look into it. NEVER heard back from them. Pretty much consider this a severe lack of caring or attention to a dangerous situation. Have been asked by numerous people who come to EC to visit about going there to eat and my response is DON"T. They apparently don't care about safety or even customer service for their patrons. I didn't ask for anything back from them but they basically didn't offer anyway. My son could have cut his mouth or throat very badly and they just acted like it was impossible. Very disappointed and will never ever recommend this place to anyone that cares about safety in the kitchen. Feel free to contact me at tlnd260@juno.com if you want to know more. Thanks.

Excellant Food-Drinks...Best Pizza in Town!!

We absolutely love the pizza! Service is usually very friendly and good. I love that they have a pick up window. It is not for placing orders, but they were nice enough to let my husband place his order at the window once. :)

My husband will not get pizza anywhere else.The white pizza is the best. we have not tried much else because it is so good that we want it every time. our kids love the spaghetti. we asked to sit on the patio once and they opened it up for us, and then turned on the ac for us. as far a food it is fresh, and you can tell. as far as friendliness its one of the best in elizabeth city.

We only get our subs and pizza from here. We haven't bought either from anyone else since you opened. Keep up the great work. Fresh is best!

served us cold spaghetti. Instead of making fresh one, they threw it in the microwave and brought the same plate back.
