Hardly anyone there so not busy. Waitress had know idea of what drinks were available and had to check multiple times. No soup available for special - it was noon on a week day. Waited over 40 minutes for a side salad and grilled chicken sandwich- and it didn’t even have all items on it. Waitress was nice but very slow and needed reminding for things multiple times.

Eaten noon meal there twice in the last 3 months and liked it both times. Burger and a beer both times. Buddy today said he's definitely going back. The bad reviews a couple years ago were no doubt from when oil was still booming, they were super busy and it was hard to get help. Why am I being so nice? Because I want to go back (I live 100 miles away, so it's not often) and I don't want the bad reviews from before to close the place down. No explanation for the bad one 5/18/17. Scary. I'm going back.

The worst service I have ever had in my 45 years! Our server was terrible got orders wrong, left one of our meals just sitting on the table next to us for about a half hour before we noticed it! We waited a half hour or better for her to get the checks right and i still had to tell her three different times to fix it! Everyone was done eating by the time two of us even got our food! And the next day 8 out of twelve of us was very sick! Horrible experience!! I will never return there or my family!!

If you aren't a local, they really don't care what you think. Last experience was being told that the four empty seats at the bar were for the locals who were playing pool ( empty stools don't make money folks) and that I would have to wait. I've waited for the last time here, this is my 8th attempt to enjoy the place and constently the service is slow, the food fair and the attitude of 8 of 10 staff has been "if you don't like it, go away".
OK, I'll go elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

Wow this place is awful I had a waitress named Jessie the first time I went there and instead of taking time to wait on me she was at another booth sitting on some guys lap the second time I was there I had the meanest waitress ever o think her name was chery this girl must hate her life she was so mean I have never met such a rude person in my life. The food is great and all the other people that work there are nice but these two should find other jobs.

This place has horrible service...I don't really care how good their food is...when it takes us constantly hunting down our waitress for more drinks while we wait 2 hours for our food that is ridiculous

I do like to eat at Sanfords from time to time, but only if I don't mind waiting an hour or two for my food, even when there are less that 20 tables in the whole restuarant. I decided to try it for lunch, because they advertisea lunch menu and quick service. Our hostess didn't even give us the lunch menu and when our waitress finally did show up we had to ask for one. After another 10 min of waiting for our waters, we ordered and about 30 min later our food arrived. By the time the food go there my hour lunch break was over. I had to eat a few bites, get a container for the rest and get my bill. By the time I left I was 20 min late for work. The service has always been slow and the wait staff always seems cold, but 1 out of 15 times it is a great experience!

Cardiac arrest burger ,best burger I have ever had fried pickles juicy medium raw patty fresh bacon and onions rings all on a burger and a huge pile of fresh fries. Not to mention a tall cold beer for a very reasonable price. They also have the coolest forks and spoons of all times. Not to mention for the lady’s they serve margaritas in those old milk bottles what a great time.

great atmosphere, Food, and Service. The food is great large servings fresh and tasty menu. Fun place to be at lots cool things all over the place what a exciting place to be at.

This place must be a terrible place to work. Otherwise, why would the waitresses and bartenders always look so miserable. The service is awful, the bar is often left unattended and when you do get served, you never get a smile.

Don't they get it? Don't they understand what customer service means? The entire staff (with maybe one exception) scowls.

The bar could be a showplace as a sports bar but the incredibly unfriendly atmosphere drives people away.

DO SOMETHING!!!!

Food was terrible! Not worth the money! My salad was supposed to be a large one with some walnuts in it, with other items. It was at best on the small side, NO walnuts in it. It was mostly lettuce with a little bit of chicken. The restaurant was so COLD and my complaint went unheeded by the waitress. There was no one else seated in our area to voice a complaint on the frigid temp in there. This restaurant is close to travel hotels and walking distance. Please people, don't bother. Drive some where else!!!!!!

Food was horrible- what two northern boys THOUGHT cajun food might be, not at ALL based in genuine cajun food. Service was rude, forgot to seat us. When we were seated, it was next to two very large groups with screaming kids. TVs on in every corner, not at all a good restaurant environment. Horrible experience, food was gross and not even close to Cajun/Southern food. Do NOT bother with this restaurant.
