There food has gone so down hill in the past year idk if its bc of covid but the mac n cheese my husband got today looked like babie moosh u couldn't even tell if they were noodles. There chicken is so bloody with vaines and not really white meat its more breading then anything. I always have to check my food bc they seem to be forgetting stuff lately even the cakes we got today tasted old like reigerator. We used to eat there all the time but after the o last time we w there they said 20min I got there in 25min bc its usually a little longer then 20min but when I got there it took them 10min to figure out they didn't make

Called to place order the gentleman stated no call in orders. So I drove to place just to be told they are not taking any orders. Inconvenience and plain terrible, you try to support your people but it's always something crazy at this spot. Bellaire location

As a southerner and westsider I was hoping this location was a mirror image of the food that I have come to enjoy, unfortunately and sadly not. Everything and I mean everything that I have eaten has been a complete disappointment. I work downtown and enjoy the food from the food truck so much better than the stuff served at the Bellaire location.
