Alfredo tasteless… steak almost too tough to cut with a steak knife…macaroni and cheese not good. We have always had great food there … will not be back. Waitress did her best.

My family and I went to the bears den this evening, 6 people in all. About the food, I personally liked my food, steak (sirloin) was amazing. My husband also really liked his steak ribeye) as well. It was very busy and we had to wait an hour once seated, for our meal, so the was a little inconvenient. However, the trouble was with the service, and it was horrible! Our waitress was so very rude and treated us disrespectfully. There’s so much that she did beyond belief that my sister decided to ask her if she was having a bad day, to give her the benefit of the doubt, and she very rudely, with an attitude, she said kind of why? My sister then said because you’ve been treating us rudely all night. She never apologized she just walked away. Things did not get any better so we asked to speak to the manager to another waitress. The other waitress said I’m sorry he’s too busy to come talk to you so my husband said well I’m not paying until you bring the manager to come talk to us. So he did come back and we told him everything that happened with our waitress. We reassured him that we did NOT want any money off of our bill, we did NOT want free food. That this had to do with being treated disrespectfully and rudely. He was very nice and very apologetic. If I had to do this all over again, I would NOT put up with her attitude. We allowed her to treat us like this, in a since, it was our fault. We should’ve asked for another waitress when she started acting in such an uncalled manner. Btw, my sister an I was there to celebrate our birthday, and we asked for a piece of the cake with the Reese’s pieces on it. She said they sold out. On our way out of that place, we noticed the cake behind the glass dividers. P.S. her name is Kaitlyn and she has platinum hair.

We were at Bear's Den yesterday at 6:30 and was told there would be a 20 minute wait. We had a party of 6 and were planning to celebrate my daughter and her husband's birthdays. After waiting over 40 minutes she went and asked how much longer and was told they were not seating anyone until the kitchen caught up .Since it was so hot, she then asked if we could be seated and given water while we waited to order. She was told, "No". After waiting awhile longer we decided to move on. Not the Happy Birthday we expected after all.

Drove an hour to celebrate my Birthday. Very disappointed, steak was very lukewarm and had no seasoning or flavor. Told waitress no response. Steak was ordered medium rare was much over cooked.we will not return.

My wife and I drove up from Marietta On a Saturday night to tryout a new restaurant. Glad we did. Wait was long (60 minutes) but worth it. Both had the ribs which were great. Had a nice table-side conversation with the chef and he explained their farm to table approach. Great that they are using so many local farmers/producers for their food. Server was great - can’t wait to come back and try something else from their expansive menu!

Fantastic every night from perfectly completed filet mignon, medium, with whisky glaze, to salad and sides, and death in heaven from angelic desserts. Superb Chef, pleasant staff, and lovely wine... always.
