The Best and I’ve never bad customer service. The establishment is always busy and the employees try to make everyone happy and get their orders done. I think everyone just need to have patience.

The sauce is unreal and usually the food is good but lately wings are smaller and not cooked properly. Customer service isn't great but not bad either. Just crazy in there some nights.

Kim's has the best sauce but worst service ever every time I go I promise myself I'll never return because they may have the worst customer service in the world but I always end up going back cause I miss the sauce its like that one person you know is no good for you and gone do you dirty but it's something about them you can't let go I really have a true love hate relationship with them I just wished Kim checked the reviews cuz if you look at all the different sights that got reviews for them all stay the same thing I'm saying now so either she not checking or she know she got that good so she don't care cuz she know people gone return regardless
