Never going here again. My bill total was 48.12 zero tip. I gave the waitress ten dollars in physical cash for a tip. I wake up to an updated charge notification. For 50.12
understandably it's $4 however it's theft. Calll the manager to speak to her about the charge. She wants to give nothing but attitude. And I have the call recorded. I will never come back here. Food sucked anyways. Bought tour of Italy to have soggy overcooked noodles. Will be posting reviews everywhere and calling bank.

My wife & I had dinner at Marino's tonight and it was a delightful experience. From the outside you'd never know how special this restaurant is. Situated in a small strip plaza it is nondescript and looks small. Upon entering it's like local mom & pop Italian joints back in the 60s. Squeaky clean with white tablecloths on the tables & booths and much larger than it appears (30 or so tables). The walls are Venetian plaster, doorways all arched, and photos of Italy are everywhere. Our waitress, a blond young lady, was friendly and very helpful; very pleasant and very attentive. Now... the food. The wedding soup - excellent. Loaded with greens, meatballs, and piping hot. Our appetizer; grilled eggplant caprese salad had fresh tomatoes, melted mozzarella, fresh basil, and aged balsamic vinegar over grilled eggplant slices - delicious. My eggplant parm was crispy (sliced & made to order; not ahead of time) with delicious marinara sauce and gooey melted cheese (yum!). My wife's spinach ravioli were made in-house and stuffed with a mix of cream cheese, ricotta cheese, & spinach; and covered in their delicious home made marinara. We were too full to order desert but got a pizza to go and it too was delicious; loaded with sauce, green peppers, & pepperoni. Marino's is THE place for good Italian in Youngstown. BTW, the prices are low; our entire meal for two was $40; it's worth double.

We went here for a late lunch, and we can't wait to go back. It is our new choice for places to eat in Austintown. Great food, friendly service. I had a bowl of wedding soup and pasta alfredo with blackened shrimp or and stuffed hot peppers for an appetizer. Every bite was delicious! All homemade and made with pride and love. Thanks for a great meal, I would like to say it was like eating at home, but, it was BETTER! :-)
