Ordered a burger and chicken strip meal with fries 35 minutes ago. Only one other person in here. Cashier cursing like a sailor. Will not be back

My husband and I are regular customers. Food quality has always been excellent and everything we've ever gotten is extremely tasty with the exception of yesterday. Both the chicken tenders and fried fish were tasty as usual but way overcooked and all of our sides (fried okra, French fries, yellow rice) were not fresh at all-tasted like they had been sitting out all day...and not even warm.
But besides this, my main complaint is the cleanliness. It's always grungy, flies and gnats everywhere. Floors are very yeechy, the ketchup bottle, S&P bottles that sit on the tables look like they haven't been cleaned in years and even have a sticky residue on them (besides not being kept filled).
And, finally, the front register person is never helpful nor friendly. Could we at least get a smile and thanks for coming?!
Would also love to see a drive in window (looks like there might have been one there at one time). I would definitely buy there more often if I didn't have to get out of my car!

Stop by SAMS to have a meal at the Minden store. I was shock at the number of Black flies flying throughout the establishment. Not one or two flies but a host of them all over the place. I informed the employee about the problem but it had no affect on her at all.

This is not Good!!!!!

My family and friends always enjoy Sams. The prices are very affordable and the portions are huge. I would recommend everyone to try Sams if theyve never been there before.

At noon, there was no dirty rice or mac & cheese made yet! At lunch time?? We all had to order double cole slaw. There was no bread on any of our plates either. What burns me is: if you need more tarter sauce, they charge you for it or if you want tarter & cocktail sauce, they charge you for the extra sauce.
