People were friendly nice atmosphere. Steaks were all cooked well done. Not what we ordered very tough and dry.Others had flounder they said Fish was ok.

My experience at the Shack was excellent, the mouthwatering food and waiters were the highlight of my whole experience. Can't wait to eat there again!

We dined here... ONCE. Since something was CONTAMINATED in their kitchen, we both were barely able to get to our car as we were already GAGGING to throw-up!!! My husband barely got us home & from there I called an ambulance!!! I was holding back from joining him...IN THE AMBULANCE!!!--He was in the hospital for a week & NOT WELL for a total of 90 days from this "joint"!!! (As a restaurant conossuer, I don't think places that "poison" diners should be allowed to stay open!)
Someone had the right idea when they put their billboard right by Seacoast Hospital on hwy 9 in Little River!!! They're enlightening you & we appreciate someone else is getting warned!!! If only...WE HAD BEEN WARNED...

Went there on Thursday night, Oct. 2, 2014, arrived around 8pm or so..myself and 4 other lady friends were just looking for some good seafood reasonably priced so we stumbled upon this place and decided to just stop and go in. We paired up in two's and split the seafood platter which included flounder which was cooked perfectly, oysters, shrimp, scallops and deviled crab. Also had cole slaw and french fries. The seafood was cooked perfectly, not greasy whatsoever and so delicious!! The flounder was very meaty and cooked just right! We all enjoyed this much better than one other place close by that I will not name. Needless to say this is one of my new favorite places I definitely will go back to for my seafood fix in the future. I can still taste that deliciousness!!

Just ate there or at least tried. The flounder tasted like old mud catfish or wait Ive had catfish that was alot better. So,I order fried chicken which must have been already cooked then dropped back into fryer. It had no taste although the skin was fried until it crumbled when you touched it .Nobody asked how our food was , the pile of uneaten food must have given it away. The service was questionable as demoed when several groups walked out without the chance to order. Worst $40 dollars I spent on our trip including $3.50 a gallon gasoline.
