Well sitting here waiting for our food, a couple came in after us and got their drinks and food way b4 we did the waitress has to much going on to tend to people, they gave her outdoor sitting also, we'll let's try the food.

Ok, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED, this place use to b fabulous, but things changed, ok here we go,
1) the waitress was very disorganized.
2) took way to long to get our food.
3) when we did finally get our food it was COLD.
4) the food order was not even what we ordered
5) took 15 min. just to get something to drink
So as of now, I will not refer anyone to this place, I won't be coming back here either, so sad to HAD good food here once, but not anymore, if I could give it NO STAR I would so don't go by my stars cause I had to put something on just to get it registered.

Been there many times. The staff AND the management are stellar. The food is INCREDIBLE. As far as any negative things that were said by other customers, maybe YOU were being an -ss. My wife and I have NEVER had bad service there. I would recommend big lou's to EVERYONE.

I love their nachos with a cold draft beer during their happy hour! Their brisket nachos are good too and the kid's enjoyed their burgers. They use cheddar cheese and layer it so thick yummy! Haven't tried their bar-b-que yet. So far so good!

BIG Disappointment! Huge!
4.99 for a burger no chz the size of a McDonalds
Egg Mcmuffin, Demanded my money back, Manager got an attitude ( actually Pissed off is more like it)
My mates food came out bfore mine about 15 min. He
was trying to eat slow sos he wouldnt finish bfore
I got mine. You order and pay bfore u get the food. We were new to the place so we were trying to decide what we wanted and the girl behind the counter got an attitued (we werent fast enough.
Horrible experience, Oh the sausage and Brisket were average.
