This is my second time at The Office and both ended with me leaving because of poor (no) service. If your looking for a quick meal prior to an event at Arcada Theater, this is not the place for you…here’s why.

I will only describe the events of last night as both encounters were much the same. We arrived at 6:30 PM, the restaurant was empty with the exception of two tables when we were seated. For the next twenty minutes we sat there as if invisible never once being approached by any one of the wait staff. I finally went to the hostess station and asked if we might get a waitress. She was apologetic and said she would take care of it. A waitress then took our order saying that she would hurry the process so that we would not have to wait. We ordered one order of fish tacos and no drinks. That was the last time I saw that waitress and after twenty-five minutes we got up and left as we were going to a 7:30 show at the Arcada Theater. We were there forty-five minutes and never ate.

Prior to writing this review, I read many of the reviews already posted and found that the “no service, no meal” theme was common among them. Don’t aggravate yourself and ruin a nice night out, go somewhere else…there several nice restaurants across the street.
