This is my 2nd time giving it a try and my food took an hour and 3 mins to come out this last visit. I am currently still at Chili's at the moment and wanted to make sure I made a review on the service and not to mention the waitress only came over once in that hour and 3mins to see if we were okay! No thank. I spent money for my time to be wasted as well as lunch break.

This was a horrible experience at Chili's in Hinesville, GA. I went there to take my son out for his birthday and waited a hour and still family didn't get any food. The waitress keep coming to the table asking were we good but we never got food. My family is enjoy each other but I'm setting here watching other people seated after us get drinks,appetizers, and meals and my family and I was only served drinks for the whole hour. She said she was going to check on our food and never came back. I wouldn't feel so bad if this was not my son birthday and we was trying celebrate it. :(
