ordered chicken burrito, the meat was so dry couldn't barely eat it. They tried adding extra sauce to it to make it edible. They took half the price off the bill but I really should have insisted they take it back and bring me something else. Instead, I just won't go back.

Disgusting! Had a burrito once and they used bagged salad which had carrots and cabbage in it n they used that for the lettuce inside the burrito...the sauce was a opened can of chunky tomatos on top not sauce what-so-ever! Took forever to get our food. Boyfriends food was cold....would never go back....wish the old vitales pizza was still there...thats REAL authentic food and more bang for your buck!

Very pricey for what you get - Got the soup and it tasted like canned Campbell's soup - charged a lot more for it than a can of soup at the grocery store too. Caesar Salad is good, but the wrap is very small for the price - not a lot of meat on it. Ordered Chips & Cheese for lunch - it tasted terrible and chips were not good at all. When I ordered some french dressing to help the taste they charged me for it. If the entree was good, I wouldn't have had to order french dressing. Very disappointed every time I go there - Won't be back. :(
