Ambiance was okay, bathrooms needed cleaning. Service was horrible, waitress was more worried about checking her phone. She went to the bathroom ateast 4 times that I saw. I suspect, but can not confirm she was going in there to respond to messages on her phone. Not sure if her bosses don't allow the wait staff to use their phone during working hours. And if she was going to the bathroom to actually use it , then she might have been sick, which in that case she should not have been serving food. Our drinks took about 20 minutes to come out (I ordered a mimosa and my girlfriend ordered an unsweetened iced tea), and my hot latte was cold. Our appetizer took 45 min to come out, and it was not that busy. Our server kept saying the kitchen was backed up because of how busy the restaurant was. If that was the case, there should have been a wait implemented. Our food came out shortly after our appetizer and was cold. Needless to say, I didn't eat my food, my pancakes were rubbery. I only ate one bite of the pancakes. For what I paid, it definitely was not worth it. Will not be recommending this restaurant to family or friends.
