Ten people (Red Hat) ladies had lunch there today and the experience was terrible. We normally order different menu items so we can taste the different dishes. The ribs were burned to a crisp, one of the steaks was also burned--not edible, two other steaks were nearly raw, the mashed potatoes were left over then heated and served. We arrived at 11am and received our food at 12 noon.and the restaurant was not nearly busy enough to cause that delay of service. One of the ladies is in the restaurant business and was embarrased because it was her suggestion to eat there. I am extremely unhappy about this because I have eaten there several times and i was happy our group was going there, and I know most of the people will not return.

Son and fiancee was visiting from Connecticut and wanted to try a steak restaurant that they hadn't tried before and so we took them to Logan's last evening. We were all very satisfied with what we all had (ribeye & shrimp) and it was delicious. Our waiter, Gerald B was very attentive and we couldn't have gotten better service.
Mind you, this was on a Tuesday and not the weekend, when the place is packed. But we haven't ever been disappointed, whenever we've taken our guests from out of town to Logan's.
