Recently relocated to Wilmington NC to work and visited KBJ on South College for dinner and drinks. On several occasions the manager "Craig Snow" was asked about the trivia KBJ provides and why all the questions have been repeats for the last two months and on both occasions Mr. Snow was rude and made us feel like we were not welcomed at KBJ.
Not sure we'll be back and i'm telling my friends to stay away from that place.

This was my first visit and my last order mess up the lady manager was politic th he chicken was not cooked all the way I hope it gets better because I will not be back and not tell my friends I was very dissatisfied

Regular visitors to the place. Today my "medium rare" burger came out a rock hard hockey puck textured piece of very well done stuff. Noted it to our server who said manager would be over. Waited but he never showed. Don't mind the burger as much as rudeness. Be aware maybe they feel they no longer need to care
