..your menu items sound good. Your food is sloppy, employees were dirty, and very slow. We have been here in the past for lunch and happy. If I wanted teds I would have gone.

Stephanie, I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience at my restaurant. And I am glad you are not one of the people that have a personal issue. And I did take your comment under consideration and talked to the cook, the same cook that cooks the day meals also cooks the night meals. I don't know if I was in the kitchen at that time or not but I am here most of the time and do check a lot of the plates. I also talked to many customers and asked them if they had any suggestions and they all seemed to be very happy with everything. We are not the other restaurants and are doing fine. Thank You for your concern. It is impossible to please everyone but so far we are doing well. So our customers are important to us. I also have the same cook that cooks in the day is the one that cooks at night so I don't know why the food would be different. But then everyone has an off day. Thanks for your comment I guarantee that there will not be cabbage on a Rueben Sandwich. Thank You for your well wishes they also are appreciated. Mary (owner)

I am sure u were not standing in the kitchen while my sandwhich was prepared, and people make simple mistakes and I am aware of the difference between cabbage and saurkuert. I have no reason to make up lies to make anyone look bad, when u open a business u get reviews and that's what I'm doing is explaining my experience. All reviews are not always positive that's how u better your business by listening to your customers. I personally don't have a problem with anybody on your staff so that comment had to be for someone else. Obviously customers are not your first concern in your buisness so I don't see this restaurant being in buisness for long just like all the others in this same building come and go. Good luck!! Everyone I know who dine here said the same thing about the food changing an u only get good food late night so I'm not the only person who feels this way, maybe u should take your anger and fix the problem so u can stay in buisness instead of bashing customers people who put money into your pockets. Have a blessed day

Stephanie that is the most ridiculous thing I heard. We do not put cabbage on our Reuben's. Nor have we ever.I am sorry you feel the way you do, but our food is cooked the same and we make every effort to reinforce that. We are fully aware of consistency and it's importance. We are also aware that we have people out there that have personal issue's with a member of our staff and have been putting negative things out about our restaurant. They have even asked me to fire the person or they would not come back. I have no reason to fire anyone that works for me, especially due to issues that are personal and that do not pertain to the restaurant.

A few months ago my fiancé and I loved this place, great food for a great price. Same staff members which we grew to love. Now when we go in its all new faces and the food isn't the same, we always order the same thing and lately when we order the food is always made diffrent then the time before and it gets worst each time. I ordered a corn beef Ruben a few weeks ago with saurkuert which I use to love from here, and instead of saurkuert they put cabbage! That was the last time I ordered from them just not the same. If u have a restaurant every cook should know your restaurants menu the way u do it. It seems like every cook has their own way of cooking which made me no longer like this place. Which sucks because I loved cross roads in the beginning

FOOD IS GREAT BUT THE STAFF WASNT AS FRIENDLY AS I WOULDVE LIKED. ENVIROMENT AND SURROUNDINGS PLAY A BIG ROLE IN A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND IT WOULDVE BEEN SO MUCH BETTER IF THE STAFF WAS MORE FRIENDLY. THE SLIDERS ARE AMAZING!

Me he I am sorry you were unhappy with the Canadian Fries but had you read the menu they are listed on the menu under Fries. It also states under the title "Fries topped with cheese, taco meat, lettuce, tomato. green onion, jalapeno and sour cream."
If you wanted nacho's with chips perhaps you should of went under our Mexican Fare title and ordered regular nacho's and not the Canadian one's. Everyone enjoys different things and has different taste desires. Not everything is for everyone. We make every effort to give a variety of foods and different taste, It is up to the customer to read the menu and order what they want. We do make every effort to keep our customers happy....... I apologize for the error, I meant Canadian Nacho's not fries.

I wasn't a fan. I ordered Canadian nachos and the first thing I noticed is that they're made with french fries, and not chips. I thought it was interesting. The fries by themselves were awesome but not mixed with the meat and whatever else was on it. The taco meat used I felt didn't have much flavoring compared to what you'd make at home or even Taco Bell honestly. And I've noticed they used the same sauce (not sure what it was) on my boyfriend's dish as well, and he didn't order the nachos.

Food is great, menu has a good variety of choices, the prices are good, not to expensive and their food is not the same old thing that you get in other restaurants. Try their special breads they are the best around and the food is home made not processed. You get real roast beef, chicken and turkey not the deli processed junk.
