The Bistro is not just a good small town restaurant, it is a good anywhere restaurant. They feature an eclectic, but not ponderous or pretentious menu and a laid back modern/casual dining atmosphere where you would be in place in anything from a t-shirt and jeans, to a sports coat and slacks.

Their steaks are always cooked perfectly to order, well seasoned but not over seasoned and high quality cuts on par with many of the upscale steak houses around the country. Their black garlic burger is quite simply one of the best "craft" burgers I have ever hand anywhere in the United States.

The only bad thing about this place is that it's 1.5 hours away from me. This is a rare gem of a restaurant with all the right stuff: fresh ingredients, superlative cooking and a professional wait staff. I can't wait to go back and try a steak, now that I have been awed by the fish!

I came in for new years had a prime rib by far the best with mashed potatoes and asparagus my wife had a salad and broccoli..we had the best server her name was patsi she was well informed on the food and talked very well she also looked very professional..the chef will come out and talk on days they arnt to busy i would recommend this place to anyone anytime go bistro!! And I want owners to know you are very well supported every one I talk with loves your place! Ps smores desert was amazing

Had best food ever and serves sat down stairs had chicken and ferment brule it was so good..you'll want to try it
